Analysis and treatment of no self-test action on starting, beam and laser head
Fault performance:
The main power switch indicator is off, the main board indicator is off, the panel is not displayed, the motor driver indicator is off, and there is a snoring in the machine.
Cause of issue:
Poor main power supply contact, DC power supply damage, control panel failure, motor drive failure, mechanical failure, can be solved step by step.
Specific inspection methods:
1. Observe the indicator light on the machine, observe the fault location, the main power switch indicator does not light, check whether the input power supply is in poor contact or the power fuse is blown, the main board LED light is off or the control panel is not displayed, check whether the DC 5V, 3.3V power supply output is normal, the motor driver indicator is not lit, check whether the 36V power output is normal. When checking whether the power is normal, any power output lead should be disconnected to determine whether the power supply or the power supply unit is faulty.
2.Check all the display is normal, if you can hear the obvious snoring, it must be a mechanical failure, push the trolley and the beam whether all in smooth, whether there is a barrier, to see if there are other things.
3. Check that the motor shaft is separated and the synchronous wheel is loose.
4. Check if the wires or plugs connected to the drive block (device) on the main board, power supply, and plug are in good contact.
5. Check if the line connector of the drive block (device) to the motor is disconnected, the line from the main board to the small board is damaged, and whether it is inserted or not.
6. Check if the parameter settings are correct.
