How to prevent frostbite laser cooler in winter

In order to fully prevent and protect the work, please pay attention to prevent unnecessary economic losses.
How to avoid the laser water cooler freezing in low temperature environment, Guangzhou Hanma Laser prompts customers to consider the following measures:
1. The recommended way to prevent icing is to keep the water cooler and laser in an environment above zero degrees Celsius.
2. If the above conditions are not met, keep the laser and water cooler states on, if the water in the pipeline is always flowing, it can prevent icing. Of course, in this case, if the water cooler is shut down for a long time due to a malfunction or a power outage, there is also a certain risk of icing.
3. If the above methods are not available, you can add antifreeze fluid.
4. If the above three points are not available, the water in the laser machine and the cooler tank and the pipeline can be drained as much as possible. Description and operation are as follows:
Non-metal laser cutting machine manufacturers’ laser dedicated water cooler requires drainage; water tank, pipeline, pump head, filter, deionization tank (optional).
Water tank drainage method: open the lower drain valve of the water tank, drain the water, and if necessary, tilt the water cooler to a certain angle, which is the lowest point of the water outlet.
Drainage in the pipeline: use compressed air to blow from the inlet and outlet of low-temperature water and high-temperature water for 1 minute respectively, and drain from the drain osculum of the water tank.
Open the tank lid and check if there is any residual water in the tank. If there is, tilt the chiller slightly to drain the water or dry the water with a dry towel.
Pump head drain: a drain screw in the lower part of each pump head, when the water cooler needs to be shut down or transported for a long time, open the pump head drain screw to drain the water from the pump, preferably with compressed air, and then tighten the drain screw.
